The Windy Plains is a land where fans blow, forming corridors of strong winds. Movement against the direction of the wind is not allowed, while movement in the direction of wind can be sped up by activating the power of the wind that shows up in among the orb powers when the player is standing on a wind tile. Wind Crows can also use this to move 2 tiles per turn, while Air Elementals emit winds of their own, cancelling the winds locally and making it impossible to walk towards them (the player can pause to let the elemental approach, though).
Occasionally there may be chasms in the terrain that block the way, in addition to the restriction of movement by the prevailing winds.
