The Crossroads is a basic land that for most of the game has no treasures or monsters (although monsters from other lands can enter the Crossroads). Instead, the Crossroads generates Great Walls to other lands frequently.
There are five variants of the Crossroads. The main Crossroads is a starter land with plain, dark red tiles. The tighter Crossroads II (orange) is unlocked at 60 $$$; the Crossroads III (blue) is unlocked after completing 9 lands, and features intersecting Great Walls; the Crossroads IV (gray with a hint of purple) is open with no Great Walls, and the Crossroads V (purple) consists of a network of disconnected 4-tile regions.
“ | This land is a quick gateway to other lands. It is very easy to find other lands from the Crossroads. Which means that you can find monsters from most other lands here!
As long as you have found enough treasure in their native lands, you can find magical items in the Crossroads. Mirror Land brings mirrors and clouds, and other land types bring magical orbs. A special treasure, Hyperstone, can be found on the Crossroads, but only after you have founds 10 of every other treasure. Always available. Unavailable in Chaos mode. |

Items[]
All Crossroads variants generate Hyperstones after the player gets 10 treasures in every other land. Crossroads lands do not have native Orbs; instead, if the player has 10 treasures in a land, its native orb will spawn randomly in the Crossroads.
Monsters[]
The Crossroads has no native monsters, although monsters can enter the Crossroads from its border lands. However, if the player collects Hyperstones, several types of monsters will spawn, such as Eagles, Ghosts, and Fire Cultists.
Relation to hyperbolic geometry[]
Every Great Wall generated in the Crossroads is a straight line, and no two walls intersect. In Euclidean geometry, only two such Great Walls could exist.
